How to turn off NAG to upgrade to older version

I just upgraded to 7.00.2227c from a previous version of 7.00.2???. Anyway I am still getting a nag popup that encourages me to upgrade to v .1905; I had this on previous .2??? version also. How do I get this popup disabled? It usually pops up from the task bar shortly after launching PD.
