I am having a problem running a Blu-ray disk folder...
[Post New]
Hey I have a Blu-ray disk and I can open it normally with PowerDVD and use arrows to control the menu and everything is great with this movie, now I just got another one and it does not run at all, everything is blank, the first disc works (the first movie) but this one can never work, I do not know why really and I want it, it is almost 40 GB

It runs this video then does not move to the other, chapter 2 is stuck, I do not know what to do, check these photos, ask me if you need more info

I select the whole folder when running, I am pointing at the file who loeads only and nothing after it

Hi gaydn,

Can you tell us some technical information about the two films?

Kind regards
Hicham

If you point PowerDVD to your toplevel directory in you case the one named 'LET_ME_IN_BD_BLUEBIRD' it should play with all the menu if you have all the required subdirectories. Sometime PowerDVD does not like it when it does not see some of the subdirectories.

So somebody last year posted this script to create the empty required subdirectories:

rem --------------
mkdir BDMV
mkdir CERTIFICATE
cd BDMV
mkdir AUXDATA
mkdir BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir META
mkdir PLAYLIST
mkdir STREAM
cd BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir PLAYLIST
pause
rem --------------

Hi gaydn,

Is your PDVD up to date?
If so please delete the cache file under user's appdata:
C:\Users\(USER_NAME)\AppData\Local\CyberLink\PowerDVD15\cache
If it don't helps, so reinstall PDVD without keeping user settings

If all this do not works, please submit an CS tickets.

Hicham
