The MPEG-2 file created after editing my video doesn't show video, only plays audio. Video is blank.

I only get this after upgrading from PowerDirector 13. Can you please help me? See attached diagnostic file and screen shot?

Windows 10 does not natively supprt mpeg-2. You can try the player vlc to view mpeg-2 files.

I have the same or similar issue.

File created after editing my video doen't show the video, just the audio plays.

Project defalut frame rate 24

What player are you using to play the produced MP4?

Does the produced MP4 play in Powerdirector library?
