Speeding up multiple clips

Can you speed up multiple clips at once? If I highlight multiple clips the tools bar disappears. Is there another way?

You cannot do it that way, Video Speed only works on one clip.

I have PD 14 and have assembled a bunch of edited clips to which I want to speed up and then add music at normal speed. If I do this and create a video, define its length it potentially will also skew the music. Is there anyway around this?
