AVI decoding [ ERROR 3]

Everytime I edit or try to produce a AVI video in PD13, it end up saying error #3. Sometimes it says check your graphics card and player to make sure it is up to date, which they are. Still it says the error, here it is:

Yes i have added all the patches and updates, everything worked good on windows 8 & 8.1

8GB RAM

It also keeps saying shadow file canot be generated. That thefile is broken. PC Specs
