CyberLink information release, edited version.

Hi Members,

CyberLink have added (will be adding) a new rule for all forums.

Start date of new rule = 2015-12-21

Rule: Each forum member account can create a maximum of 3 NEW topics per day.

Reason: To avoid the spam attacks the forum has previously been subjected to by submitting multiple new topics in a short time period.

You can paste and copy, just not using the right-click options. Use Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl+V to paste.

Also, the spell checker works if you type in the Quick Reply box, but not in the main text editor window

That's fair enough! I don't expect that anyone would come up with more than one "new topic" which might occur to him/her at a given moment, so three new topics might be pushing things a bit. If more than three, hold the others off until the following day.

Cheers!

Neil.

Agree - 3 per day.... might expect some with a few topics in one thread then.. but - could always tell them to start a new thread on the following day.

If you have Google Toolbar, the spell checker works in the main forum editor. Trouble I have with the Google toolbar, the spell checker is not always available.

Paste and copy does work, Ctrl+C (copy) and Ctrl+V (paste). Bad thing, you lose all formating when you paste in the forum. The forum editor does not keep the new lines. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
