AudioVolume not saved ???

After save of a project, the audio volumes is allways on ZERO.

Thus when i open the project, The sound is allways gone.

Why???

Here I have an error with PD13 which I think is the same as you show only happens when you change the volume track.

It happens when I lower the volume track, below 50, after saving and reopening the project volume went to zero.

Increasing above 50, then reopen the project back to 50.

Solution I use, adjust the volume last and save video.

To reopen project again adjust the volume for track AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
SSD SUV400S37240G / 2-HD WD 1TB
AMD Radeon R9 270 / AOC M2470SWD
Windows 7-64 / PD16 Ultimate
