Just as the subject says. Is there someplace I can edit it out or use some of my own information?

Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector 14

Hi Jagerbomb -

I guess you're using the trial version - yes?

Have a look in the higher number tracks (scroll down) and you might find a way to remove that title.

Cheers - Tony

Thanks for the reply but no this is a bought and paid for version. When ever I upload to youtube it shows up and I can't find where to remove it.

Maybe just this. If not, post pic of full timeline.

Sharp thinking Jeff!

If that's it, it's just part of the video description & you can remove it or replace it with your own information.

If it's displayed in the produced video, then PDR14 still thinks it's a trial version surprised That would probably need a complete uninstall (with registry clean) and re-install.

No that gets edited out everytime. I really don't know how it thinks its a trial version as I never had the trail. Maybe one of these days I will try the remove thing and reinstall. It just pisses me off they embedded something into my video I don't want.

Strange indead, I don't think its a Trail version carryover as the Trials only say "Edited by PowerDirector" and you've indicated you never had a trial.

Recent versions of PD trials don't use a "Title" in the timeline to add the text anymore, when you bring the trial pds file into the purchased version and "Produce" the statement is just absent.

Play that clip on the project timeline. Is the message visible. If it is then look down on all the lower tracks and the title track to see if it has been added where in time it appears.

Let us know what you find.

Jagerbomb, Hi there!

Even a bought-and-paid-for editing software will behave like a trial version until the CD-Key number is typed in. Upon installation, when the programme is opened for the first time, you'll get the usua palabre, fill in name, address(and zip or post code), email address and other info, then there is the space for you to enter the CD key which is that somewhat over-long set of letters and numbers which, when entered, activates the programme and renders it as a full version. If you've had earlier versions of Power Director, you'll already be familiar with that routine. But if you're still getting that "Produced With Power Director 14" after all that, then a complete uninstall/reinstall might solve the problem.

Cheers!

Neil.
