I'm not getting any sound at all (with my computer sound turned to 100%) on my video clips. I'm using PD 13 and windows 10. I've downloaded the patch dated 2015-8-9 and that fixed a problem I was having with a "green screen" when my video clips were running. But, now I'm not getting any sound. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Update your graphic card driver. I had an issue with my audio/video screen capture and the latest Nvidia driver I used had a HD sound fix. Just a guess.

I'm stumped. I get sound with PD 12 with both imported video clips and music but no sound with PD 13. I'll look into the graphic card driver. Thanks

Since you are okay with PD12, any chance the audio is off in PD13, pic attached.

Yup, audio was turned off; feeling pretty dumb at this point but at least now I have sound Sometimes it's so simple....... Thanks a million for your help Jeff. You might have kept me from going back to Movie Maker as that was next idea.
