YouCam 7 - Crashed during recording

We recently used YouCam to record a event in one continous file - it was recording fine up until 20 hours however the program encountered an error and windows restarted it.

When we looked back on the file which was 24GB we could not open this with any software we have. Is there a way of getting this file to open?

Hi,

Thank you for responding, I have tried this however it seems with YouCam interrupted recording files, it doesnt work.

I am hoping Youcam have some information separately that can be incorporated back into the mp4 file.

Have you already installed the latest patch (build 0824)?

If no I strongly recommend installing it to fix your problem.
