PD13 ultimate 3130 64bit

Win 8.1 64bit

Ctrl +G or via menu,nothing happens.Cant get it to work in PD14 trial either.

Am i missing something obvious?

Ctrl + G turns the frame indicator to blue so you can enter a number. Use the left arrow to migrate to seconds, minutes,...so on. When entered "Enter key", timeline scubber moves to stated position.
