Do you mean you want to have arabic titles, subtitles etc in one of your videos or do you mean you want PD itself to be in arabic?

If its the first then I think either you need to have windows enabled for arabic language support Try these links for info.

or use a 'virtual arabic keyboard' and then copy and paste your title text or whatever into your PD video titles etc.

If its the second I don't know, but I don't think PD is available in arabic.

I'm not an expert in windows language support but I know it is sometimes not easy especially with right to left writing.

I have just tried using this :-

I wrote something, it appeared in arabic, I copied it and then put it into a PD title by pasting it.
It might not be ideal but it seems to work.
