Magic Music stopped working

Magic Music stopped working when I went to build 3130. Whenever try to use it PD13 hangs (infinite clock) and has to be cancelled. Is there a fix for this?

p.s. Can simulate by just opening PD13 and selecting Magic Music on a new project with no media files or editing.

I'm glad you got it working again! SmarrtSound releases new music tracks every month or two, and you'll see the upgrade button when you access the Magic Music screen.

Just to be safe, you should also make sure that you have the most-recent update to QuickTime. When you install it, the only files required by PD are called "essentials" and they can't be unchecked. Everything else is optional and can be left uninstalled unless you want them on your machine.
