Novice Questions About Capturing a JPG from Video?
[Post New]
Hey Gang,

Can someone please tell me how I can take a screen capture from a video file using PowerDirector 13? I'm interested in making custom thumbnails for my YouTube videos. I'd like to take the perfect frame from the video and turn it into a JPG or PNG. I can then later add titles, PiP, etc. to that picture to create a custom thumbail for YouTube.

Please help.

Thanks,

Anna

Hi Anna -

Just click the camera icon under the preview window laughing

You can select the snapshot format (.jpg, .png etc) in preferences.

Cheers - Tony
