Complaint Description:
I recently purchased a computer software called DVDsuite ultra version 7 on 11/10/2008, and downloaded it from their website. What was actually downloaded was an entirely different program from the one I wanted. I have made several attempts to contact their customer service department regarding this complaint and request a full refund. All I have gotten in response is pre-formed generic e-mail responses in return. In order to speak to a customer service representative, or even see a phone number for that matter requires you to pay 20 dollars for 3 months worth of phone service. I'm not a sucker and didn't fall for this. However, now I'm stuck with a product that I don't want, and have no use for, and they have my money. There are several similar complaints filed in their online user forum citing this poor/impossible service department. My order number is XXXXXXXXX
