1) Is there a MXF format Produce in Power Director 13? This format has now been established as standard by TV Stations.

2) Is there a software that converts MP4 to MXF? Power Director 13 LIVE 13.0.2104.0 64 Bit

Hi David

Have a read here

http://camcorder-editor.com/tag/editing-mxf-files-in-cyberlink-powerdirector/

Your avatar is a very high resolution and takes ages to load. A smaller resolution would be better

I hope the website is of use to you Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

The website you referred does not consider conversion from mp4 to mxf. Power Director 13 LIVE 13.0.2104.0 64 Bit

  1. PowerDirector 13 does not support MXF format.

  2. There are many file converters both online and download, some do support MXF format.

My opinion, there is no value in converting H.264 or MP4 to MXF format. MXF is primarily for high end cameras. Plus Powerdirector does not edit MXF files. If you have an original MXF format file, you must convert to H.264 or MP4 to use it in Powerdirector. Thank you for your patience.

I have a mp4 video file about 5 minutes long and the producer of one of our local Television companies want the file format in MXP due to its clarity.

I tried to find video convertors to convert video files to MXP format but to no avail. Power Director 13 LIVE 13.0.2104.0 64 Bit

Hi David

This says it does it, but does it?

http://www.iskysoft.us/lp/video-converter-ultimate/both.html?gclid=CLXGuZ6njccCFYvKtAodYRICAA

It definitely has MXF as an output file

If it says it does, I would believe them until proven different.

If you have a MXF file you can use MediaInfo to see the inside specs. Then compare to the converted MP4 or H.264.

Warning there have been complaints about the installer.

See Part J http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/40225.page

As far as I know there is not any malware in mediaInfo. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
