Hello Wavey,

Welcome to the ADR forum. laughing

Before we could do anything about sorting out the problem, we'd need a lot more information.

Input: What are the properties of the input file(s) - format, sample rate, bitrate etc

Example: Imported M2TS video with AC-3 audio - stereo 256kbps 48KHz

Actions: What adjustments or changes were made to the auiod clip(s) in ADR? Were you using ADR as a standalone or round-tripping via PDR?

Example: Import directly to ADR, bit through PDR. Adjust equaliser & gain/boost.

Output: What format and other selections were made before the error message appeared?

Example: Produce audio only. WAV format - 48KHz 16 bit Stereo No CL Surround

I have the same issue:

Input: WMA file, 128kbps,
Actions: no adjustments or changes were made, only using ADR to transfer to MP3 FILE
Output: Produce audio only, MP3 format, 44.1 kHz 16 bit stereo

Hello Kelly,

Welcome to the ADR forum laughing

You've raised an interesting issue here, one I hadn't expected.

I wasn't able to replicate your issue exactly, but found something odd. If I import a .wma from an external source (e.g. rendered in PDR or other conversion software), there is no problem producing to .mp3...

If I produce the .wma file in ADR then use that file to produce to .mp3 the "Analysing" screen remains there permanently (Cancel is greyed out) until I force ADR to quit.

Strangely, the .mp3 file is produced correctly in the outut folder.

Comparing the properties of the two .wma files, they're identical surprised

What was the source of your .wma file?

I converted the file from VOB to WMA in PDR. I am then able to load the file w/ no problem in ADR but am unable to produce it. (I tried uploading the pic of the screen but was unable to.)
