Transfer license to different PC?

Forgive the question, but I have not found an answer. I recently upgraded my PC to PowerDVD 15. However I just learned that I am moving overseas and cannot take the PC with me (it's a huge full tower). Instead I am building a small form factor PC for my trip over.

How is it possible to transfer the license from my current PC to the one I am building?

Or can I just install on the second computer and not worry about it?

I would appreciate help with the conundrum.

You could install it on to the PC you are building and see if it activates. If it doesn't contact technical support on this site.
