PD 13 vs PD 11 DVD burn settings

There are 4 settings in PD 11 to burn a standard definition DVD. Best quality, Standard quality, Long play, and smart fit. Does PD 13 have more options?

Using PD 11 ultimate build 11.0.03026

Those 4 settings in PD11 are only for the 4:3 aspect ratio, not for 16:9.
