power DVD won't plays blue rays though HDMI

I have powerDVD 14.0.0.4704.58. I can not play blue rays going to my Reciever (sherbourn pt-7030) though HDMI to my monitor dell sp2309w. I am really disapointed I am not able to play blue rays though powerDVD. VLC has no issues. I would prefer to use powerDVD.

Video and sound are going from video card ----> to reciever ---> monitor.

Please run the blu ray advisor and tell us what it says. Get the advisor from the support tab at the top of this page. .

It looks like you have and issue with HDMI 1.4 and your video card.

That's all I see for now but that is not necessarily the entire story.

Double check to make sure your equipment drivers are up to date - from the manufacturer. Don't trust Microsoft. Dell is OK and they have a automatic driver update program.

By the way, if you have to attachthis in the future , a screen shot (or two) is (are) much easier to read.
