PowerDVD 14 - Not Working on GTX 970

Hi,

I just spent $110 on Media Suite specifically for PowerDVD 14 after a $2000 upgrade to my computer and I am getting the following error:

1.Your VGA driver needs an update.

2. There is not enough VRAM in your VGA card.

3. Remote Desktop under Windows XP is not allowed.

I have been looking everywhere for a solution.

I'm running Windows 8.1 with 8GB RAM, Intel Q8400 processor, Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 4GB videocard. All of which should be more than enough to work. The drivers I have are all up to date and it was on a clean install of my new videocard drivers.

Need help or a refund. Dean

Is anyone here? I also tried version 15 as a trial and the same thing.

Please don't post essentially the same issue more than ONE time nor should you hijack someone else's topic. . You will get confused by the differing locations for the replies.

Remember we are NOT Tech support. We are users and perhpas no one has a similar issue that they were able to fix.

You can always contact Tech support with all your required information and be prepared to answer the question smore than once. .

I posted that nearly 24 hours ago and it seemed this subforum was not being monitored by anyone and my issue is quite urgent and important for major film/tv related work. I initially posted here because it was to do with Version 14, but then I went on to try version 15 with the same results hence the separate forum posts.

A little grace and mercy to those who are having issues would go a long way.

I have been more than kind. As I said this is a USERS group, not tech support.

If the probelm is that urgent, call Cyberlink's Tech support.

Please point out to me where I have abusive in my replies. I may have been abrupt because you were in a panic so I eliminated the niceaties. Good luck, I won't bother you again. .
