I just bought PD13 Ultra and it's not working fine.Have contacted Cyberlink Technical support, did all those stuff they asked me to do but still the issue exists.During editing, the video on the Preview is like "slow motion" it does not match with the audio. Clicking "split" or any other buttons will make it hang and freezes from time to time.I am running on Windows 8.1 and meet all the system requirements for PD13.Please help!

The minimum system requirements are just that. Minimum.

JoeRos,
welcome to the forum.
The editing of HD video is an extremely resource hungry hobby. This gets multiplied when you add FX and/or fixes to your video files.
Each added function puts more and more strain on the processor and can bring a fairly capable computer to it's kness, so to speak.
It is best to go to the stickies at the top of this forum, and provide for us some information.

Please provide Part A and Part B, and maybe someone can help.
A description or better, a snapshot of your timeline would also be very helpful.

Noah - You need to start a new topic instead of a post reply to this one as your problem is different from the original poster here. Supply Part A and Part B.
