After installing the powerdvd 15 trial because my copy of powerdvd 12 refuses to update to make sure it works before potentially buying I find that when I tried to play my new blu ray of Ex_machina a red circle with a horizontal line through it appears and nothing happens. I can't find any references to this elsewhere. Please help, I want to watch the blu ray I have paid for!

What if backup the Blu-ray to computer hard drive and then transfer to PowerDVD for playing? That works for me.
