DVD can not be duplicated due to Multi-track session - RESOLVED

I used Power Director to create a master DVD for duplication at a professional duplication service. The DVD works fine in all my devices and DVD players however the duplication company checked the DVD and they are not able to duplicate it. Here is the exact quote from the technician:

The master has been created in multi-track session. We will not be able to replicate from this master because Eclipse will error out.
The master needs to be re-authored as a single session DVD-Video.
Without knowing the software used to make the disc; I do not know the exact setting that needs to be changed.
But, A burn setting named something like “Disc At Once” should be used. “Track At Once” will not work.

I guess Eclipse is the duplication software they use.

I have looked through all the settings within Power Director and I am not able to see any way to burn a disc using the method required.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated. I need to get these DVDs produced as soon as possible.

ImgBurn has worked for that, by default it is DAO but controllable in settings. Simply create a video folder in PD and then burn folder with ImgBurn. Other burn utilities that you have may also support. ImgBurn is freeware and no longer supported. Look for version 2.5.7, nothing newer as significant add-ons are present.

I looked in Power2Go manual index but didn't see anything, my free version lost the 15day advanced features ability so I deleted it so not sure if it has the capability or not.

Thanks for the reply Jeff.

Im a bit confused. Is ImgBurn a seperate program? or a plugin for PD? Or is it the existing "Save as disc image" option of the "Final Output" window in PD?

If I understand correctly you are saying to output the DVD data using the "Create a Folder" option, then use a program called ImgBurn to create the DVD?

Ok. I was able to figure it out. Thanks very much for the reply. It wish PD was able to do this. Or at least mention that it is burning multi-session and not single session.
