Can someone help me how to pan and zoom in power director 13?

Hi cubs27 -

It depends whether you're panning/zooming with an image or a video. If it's an image, you can most easily do it using Magic Motion. If it's a video, you use Power Tools > Video Crop.

In this *list of tutorials have a look under Video Crop & Magic Motion to find how they can be used. Each tutorial has a slightly different focus, but I think they should help get you started.
