I've installed Quicktime, uninstalled Powerdirector 11, Reinstalled Powerdirector 13, cleaned the registry, Installed K-Lite Codec Pack Mega, all to no avail. Oh, and might I add that my antivirus (Avast Free Edition) picks up multiple pieces of malware in your installer (when the Avast shields are on)? I'm assuming these are all false positives, but now I wonder...
Anyway, my system specs are
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (x64)
Intel Core i3-3220 @ 3.30 GHz
8GB Crucial DDR3 1600
1TB Western Digital Black HDD 72000RPM
Sapphire Radeon R7 260x OC Edition 2GB
Attached is a copy of my dxdiag.txt. Forgive me if I sound rude or cocky, but my experience with computers has made me question the stability and authenticity of Cyberlink's products. That, and I'm in a bit of a livid mood right now. I still hope this issue gets resolved. If not, a full refund may very well be requested.
