i am running HDD test but i am very carefull with my disks...i check them a lot for errors and keep them defragmented...i have 5 disks ( 4x 2tb and sistem disk 1tb) on my desktop and 3 external 3tb each.

I understand, and I'm glad that you keep your system tuned up

If there are no hardware problems, the best choice is to Refresh with a new ISO. You should only need to reinstall a couple of programs, not everything.

yes i have...thats what i did...its a 20 hour work again..and i am not beeing lazy...just want to make sure it will solve the problem.

it deletes everything but personal files..and what are the odds that i have a bad ISO...LOL

morning..i am sorry to say but i think i was right about pd13 file.

I spent 8.50 us ,downloaded a back-up PD13 file from cyberlink and did clean install ,updated to last patch AND TO MY SURPRISE all is WORKING FINE!!!!!.

seems that the one i had was corrupted or damaged.

i encoded more than 10 videos at 1280 and 1920 and no crashes....still it takes a lot from cpu and temperature goes to 65 c but apparently its normal.

I was fighting the idea of reinstall windows again.

will do more testing tomorow and will install the content packages to see if it brings any problem...wiil post the results...lol... its 4 am and now going to sleep.

Congratulations on getting PD to work! I'm sorry that the Windows reinstall didn't fix the other problems, and I hope your system runs smoothly for you.

I've had to pay the $8.50 for the extended download service before, too, and now I always keep a copy on OneDrive so I won't have to pay again

Let us know if things go OK with the content packs and if any other problems come up. Hopefully you can just focus on making videos now!

So far So good...PD13 is working fine...i am considering reinstalling windows as you sugested to fix the other issues found..thanks for all your help.
