Sorry, I can't open that file (rar) Why didn't you just add the text file? .

Sorry, I don;thave time now to get into the dxdiag file now. I see that you have an issue with Windows Updates and a listed problem with Pd13 but there is not enough information to make a good decision.

1) Always set your Windows font to 100% (96 dpi).

2) Where do you have your files -on one of the USB connected drives? When was the last time you defragged that drive? Try moving a file to your system drive and render it back to that system drive to see if that helps.

3) Did you have your anti-virus running when you installed the program. That is a bad idea becasue sometimnes they interfer with properly registering the .dll s

4) Look at msconfig.exe to see what is starting at boot. You would probably be surprised by how may thingsd you find. Uncheck those you don't need and reboot, acknowledge that you made the change. I like to suggest the program named "Soluto". It is free and will help you make the right decision on what to delay starting, or what can be removed entirely at boot so that it only opens when you need it.

4) After the above, turn off the antivirus and reinstall the program. See if that helps.

5) Uisng 100% of the CPU isn't bad in itself. The problems occure when it is 100 % for a long period of time so that the CPU overheats and shuts you down. Your computer will restart after it cools down.

I'm sure others will have more suggestions .

There are somethings in your DxDiag.txt that indicates to me that you do not have a healthy computer. Are there any win 8.1 experts in this forum that can shed some light on why only 16GB of ram is usable out of the 32 GB installed. There are multiple win update failures and other problems here too.

Win 8.1 at least should be able to access 128GB of ram. The motherboard bios probably needs to be updated so all 32GB installed can be usable.

Here is a post where only only half of 8GB installed ram is usable on win 8 64 bit: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1842630/8gb-ram-installed-windows-64bit-usable.html . That individual also use the AMD FX8350 cpu but a different mb. This has to be fixed as money spent on memory is wasted on this computer. Would like to know if you built this computer yourself or did you buy it from someone who knows how to build computers...

Are you sure you posted the correct dxdiag file? I see the same things as before.

Look down to the bottom and you will see a error labeled "PDUWICA". I looked it up and it seems to indicate that it is an incorrect driver error but there is no more information on which driver.

I looked but could find a video driver with the date in the dxdiag file. Did you install a beta driver? There is one dated a few weeks later.

My suggestion is to reinstall the driver. There may be some instructions on how to remove the currect driver and install the new one cleanly.

Of course the video driver may not be the cause of the PDUWICA error. I noticed that you still have Windows Update errors. .

hello

Yes its new diagnostic file.

I updated the BIOS and all motherboard drivers. There was an issue with the RAM that was only recognizing 16gb that is fixed.

i didnt install any beta drivers

i use also another video editing soft called XILISOFT VIDEO CONVERTER ULTIMATE and encodes fine with only 35% cpu usage.

I also opened a ticket on Cyberlink support but still no solution found. Do u think it might be a software problem?

Cause pc maybe have some windows update errors but when i search for updates it states no important ones are available.

I really dont know whats happening.

I made new diagnostig file just in case

Yes, that one is slightly different.

In Power Direcor are you using hardware or sofware encoding? Try software, that should lower your CPU use to that 35 % or so that you are seeing with your other program.

How familiar are you with Windows and Windows repair? I think there is a Windows problem because of the crashes and errors when trying to update Windows. Read this link:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/repair-recovery-help#repair-recovery-help=windows-8&v1h=win8tab1 .

When I installed new video card (signature) I realized that Win7 / 64 automticamente install the video card (hardware).

It worked, but I wanted to make sure you have installed the drivers atualizadoas AMD.

The last update (amd-catalyst-omega-14:12-with-dotnet45 ...) has no option to uninstall the drivers, used the installation CD, uninstall the drivers restarted the PC, win7 install the card as usual, uninstalled the Device Manager, win7 installed as standard VGA video, installed the update (amd-catalyst-omega-14:12-with-dotnet45 ...)

It works well so far.

When PD13 this video rendering CPU will (95%) consider normal, when I active HE in Produce CPU will (20%)

I have no problem in both crashes.
