Designing a scenography video I was thinking about adding some 3D audio effect, with I.e. shifting the audio source away from spectator showing a star field and narrowing on more dynamic scenes.

Any way to do this in PD 12 Ultra, or with compatible and easy to use tools?

You could get it from youtube for experimentation as long as there is no copyright infringement.

Mine question (sorry for my bad English) was about the way to do these effects, I'm now testing VST for binaural spatializer.
