My PowerDVD 15 is not working. I have the following problems:

Problem 1) All files such as MP4 and AVI are not working properly "see attachment".

Problem 2) DVDs don't work. Nothing happens when clicking DVD-movie.

Problem 3) BDs don't work. Error code 101.

I think that solving the Problem 1) also solves other problems. Two weeks ago PowerDVD 14 didn't have any problems. Yesterday nothing worked so I bought PowerDVD 15. So all problems still exists.

I have Win Vista, Nvidia latest drivers (350.12), Comodo internet security (latest).

I have two displays but the other is disabled from NVIDIA Control Panel.

Problem 1 is solved. I changed the display mode. I really don't understand why the display mode ever changed.

BDs and DVDs still don't work.

PowerDVD 15 also crashes every time when closing:

I have the same problem 3.

It looks like recent update for Windows 7 cause the issue.

I found that the latest update from Comodo Internet Security cause this issue. I can play Bluray disc after uninstall it.

Thanks for the advice. Windows update and Comodo update were recently installed. Before that PowerDVD worked. I have tried to close Comodo in order to find the solution. I haven't tried to uninstall Comodo. -- Nobsteri

There is a discussion in Comodo forum as well. Issue is solved by changing Comodo setting in my PC.
