Hello!

I had recorded a video that has 2 audio tracks - one for game audio and another for voice. The problem is when I load the video in to Power Director is that it only shows a single audio track. I can't hear my voice and I can only hear the game. Is there any way to show multiple audio tracks?

Thanks

Hi Sakiskid ,
Please attach a 5 second sample - record one specially for us to play with/check out.

Note: If you're using a specialized/proprietary compression codec on your screen recorded video, it may not be compatible for members to view/assist you.

Obrigado

Not sure if I understand right.

1 - If you saved your project video, postriormente add this video in PD13 has only one audio (2 audio tracks were mixed in a)

2 - If you reopen your project and shows no or not hear the 2 audio tracks, can be PD error.

If you post a PrintScreen of your timeline we can better analyze your problem. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Here's the screenshot of the timeline: http://gyazo.com/ed15729cf09830031cba23609ebd1fd5

I can open these videos in another big name video editor, or even in VLC and they have both of the audio tracks and the video track.

Also, I'm not sure how you'd like me to insert the 5 second clip.

Thanks

By the way - the program I use to record is called Mirillis Action and the feature is called multi-channel audio recording.

If you have Audio Director, maybe you can get in there find your voice and slect that and choose to raise the volume level on it. And keep the game at its present level.

You can add more than one audio track to your project in PD13, then save to file Produce has only 2 audio channels.

The timeline shows only one wave

Not sure if AudioDirector do what you want, it has multichannel. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Hi Sakiskid,

The image should be of the whole of the Edit Workspace and not just the track please. Your hosted image showed me zip unfortunately. To attach content: Select Post Reply, make an entry in the editor, select attachments etc

A video sample would be extremely useful to have, to work with, to test.
