My membership details show that I registered the Power2Go3, which is true except that I uninstalled it and no longer wish to use it .

It was that free download offered and caused havoc with my PC.

Is there any way that product could be removed from the list of those registered in the membership details.

Unfortunately all I really wanted was to be able to remove the Power2Go3 from the list of Registered Products.

Ah well, it'll just have to stay on that list even though I am not using it. Golfer Charlie
