Copying Pan and Zoom effects

I have been trawling through the forum and the Help sections with no luck on this one.

I have a slide show where I have used Pan/Zoom effects for each photo created via Magic Motion. My question: once you have created a User-Defined Pan/Zoom effect for one photo, is there a way to copy/paste that effect to another photo (say the next keyframe)?

In Pinnacle Studio, this is very simply achieved by simply copying/pasting the effect. But that doesn't seem to work in PD12. I tried Copy Keyframe Attributes, but that does not copy a Pan/Zoom effect.

The way I work, I select all the photos in the timeline and then open Magic Motion, the effect is applied to all photos.

In your case already applied effect to a photo, it must be at the beginning.

Select all the photos you want to apply the same effect including that applied the effect.

Open Magic Motion, click the button, Motion Designer / OK

The same effect is applied to all selected photos even in alternate positions.

Hi lasereyes66 -

The copy paste keyframes feature in PDR works with motion applied in PiP Designer but not in Magic Motion.

As Playsound states, in Magic Motion you can apply the same motion to a group of selected photos, or you can use Apply to All

Cheers - Tony
