Poor final product to DVD

PD 13 Ultimate. Windows 8. Blank disk used Verbatim DVD+R, 4.7 GB 16x

Photo Dimin 3,968 W 3,976 H Resolution 314 dpi Bit Depth 24

Using both video and photo in project.

Final product looks like old 8mm with blurred faces and etc. Dave

Hi Dave from Colorado,
DVD frame size = 720 x480 pixels for NTSC
Your still images = 3968 x 3976 pixels, do the maths.

You should consider editing your stills in an image editor to the precise frame size and area you wish to preserve to get the best results IMO

There are alternatives to DVD's

Thank you so much. Based on what you shared, I also found out that I'm using a Verbatim "Life Series" which is not recommended.
