Power Director now tells me that I have a trial version and I can't install patch. Which is very strange as the software stated it had been successfully activated.
I cannot find anywhere in the software which states that it is a trial version.
I have produced a MPEG4 video clip and it didn't have a watermark and also have a full set of DVD menus, not just one menu template.
Is there anyway I can tell if the software is running in trial mode?
I have logged a ticket with Cyberlink customer support over 24 hours ago but have had no response!!
Can anyone possibly help?
