Hi all,
This may be a previously answered question but I could not find the answer when I searched it. I recently tried to watch a bluray(the Watch) on my laptop using powerdvd 10 that was pre-installed on the laptop. When I tried to watch it I get an error message that says Mpeg-2 video support not available. I can watch other blurays with no issues. As far as I can tell I have the most recent patches installed and all my graphics card drivers are up to date. Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the Blu-ray on your Blu-ray player before? And sometimes the issue is with disc itself like scratches. If this is not the probloem, try to backup the Blu-ray to hadr drive, and then add into PowerDVD for viewing. That works for me.
