HEEEEEEELLP! Video Overlay in PowerDirector 13 Ultra

I recently got PowerDirector 13 Ultra, and I was wondering how to do a video overlay. I'm wanting to take short clips of videos and resize them and put it in a video. Such as on youtube, at the end of videos youtubers will have links to a video with a clip of that video playing. Do you get what I'm saying? Anyways, the point is I'd like to know how to do one. Thanks in advance.

You can not put an active link into a video created by PowerDirector.

Yes that's what I mean and I'm aware that I can't put links in my video using powerdirector. How do I go about doing this overlay?

Add each video in one track.
Click to select the lowest range of video.
see preview is displayed in white balls on each side of the image.
Click, hold and drag inward to reduce the image size.
Click inside the image, hold and drag the image to the desired position.
Repeat this process for the track above .... AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
