PD13 jumpy

Hi

In the midst of playing my video in edit mode, the video freezes for a brief moment then jumps to random place. The sound file runs smooth.
I have no idea on where to begin with trouble shooting?

Can some here help me?

I have seen some talk about Nvidia and have no idea if this could have something to do with it. I have a GeForce GT 630M with software version 347.25.

I have noticed this happens to me when I added stabilizer to a clip and checked the "Use enhanced stabilizer" option, not sure if that is the case for you.

Paul1945 advice is good start though

Hi Guys
I am also a NEWBI
After many Hours Testing and Upgrading my Machine ...I can say no more Problems since Yesterday.
My Last Upgrade was intel Core i7-4770 - to 4790.
I can Editing now my 4k shots and FULL HD preview with no jumpy in edit mode !!!

I have no idea on where to begin with trouble shooting?

That is exactly the same problem I have when using the stabilizer. Mostly editing in 4K from Sony FDR AX100.

View quality setting has no impact.
