I need a single frame of pure white to simulate a flash photo shot. I suppose I could drag out the camera and shoot a few seconds of white, but is there a way to generate a frame of color within the PowerDirector editor?

Hi,
A continuation of what Playsound has directed you to....
Open PowerDirector
Drag/drop a white color board into the media track
Highlight the image/color board
Select Duration
Highlight in the counter the last two sets of 00 by left clicking
Input the number "1"
Move to the left the next set of counter/numbers and highlight
Input a "0"
select OK
The counter has up/down options arrows you can also use, I've chosen not to here as it is faster/quicker using one's keyboard.

You have now adjusted the duration counter to display a single frame.

I hope this helps.

Dafydd
