When you made the purchase received some files, Cyberlink Power Director and effects packages.

This has received, will ask the Product Key, when you start the installation.

When you purchase a program from Cyberlink, you get an email with the Download Details including a product key.

You cannot update or upgrade a Trial version to retail version. You must download and install the package. There is usually more that one file to download.

After you have downloaded all of the program files, please burn a DVD of the Downloaded files and a copy of your email with the product key.

You can also copy all to a external hard drive for backup.

Just for interest sake, I upgraded from PD11 a couple of nights ago. In total I downloaded around 4.6GB data over 10 files which included the manuals and update to build 2408. It took the whole evening to do it but up to now was worth it. No problems at all.
