Happened to me, just like you showed.

Also for a project with VOB file on a DVD created in PD13.

I had to redo because it was in PAL standard needed to convert to NTSC.

By dividing the VOB in various clip's to select a clip and give STOP cursor back to the beginning of the project and not the beginning of the clip. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
