Application Manager crashes on startup

I just recently upgraded my PowerDirector 13 Live to the latest version (13.0.2307).

Since then Application Manager simply crashes when I try to load it:

I've downloaded Application Manager again from the Cyberlink website and re-installed it, but it still crashes. PD 13 seems to work fine though.

Any suggestions?

thanks

You have Cyberlink Director Suite Live, It do not think that is the correct Patch for LIVE.
I do not see any patches for Director Suite Live yet.

This patch is not for PowerDirector Live subscribers

I didn't download the patch from the website, it comes through on the Application Manager and tells me an update is available. There's been about 3 updates for PD13 so far and I've never had a problem previously.

HI,
After referring your issue the suggestion I received is to do a google search to see the issue is reported on the MSFT Forum.

..... it seems a Windows memory management issue or caused by application that's not properly installed.

The suggestion is for you to reinstall Application Manager and PDR13 to check if it helps.
