I downloaded PD 13 Ultra this week and notice that I am missing several titles, effects, etc..

I installed all of the components in sequence (took 2 times), but it appears as though the software if working as designed, sans the numerous special effect files.

Suggestions?

Hi fitcrew83 -

It would help to know which tiles & effects you're missing.

This post shows what should be included in the Contents Packs - http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/40724.page#210368 - though there are differences with the "Deluxe" version.

The Essential and Premium packages, installs almost all the effects that came with PD13.

Other Packages, Download and Custom effects, PD adds automatically. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
SSD SUV400S37240G / 2-HD WD 1TB
AMD Radeon R9 270 / AOC M2470SWD
Windows 7-64 / PD16 Ultimate

Thank you to both of you.

I realize that neither Essentials or Premium are installed. (I thought they did on the 2nd attempt.)

When I run the installer for Essentials, I'm receiving the following message..."Required installation file is missing (7z.exe)".

I downloaded the software on the 26th and that was a completely new install as I have not installed PD previously. What is my recourse to obtain the missing file(s)?

Thanks!

That's a tricky one because - within the installer files - there are various sub-folders, many of which contain zip files called "SupportFiles.7z" - that's probably what the alert is referring to.

But which one???

Maybe you'll have to re-download the installers - sorry.

Cheers - Tony
