How to save a file in power director 12

I am working with power director 12 and I would like to know how to create a file to store my videos in. What do I have to do in order to keep the videos I shoot and how do I retrieve the file in order to work on it. Thanks for any help you can give.

In PD12. you save your video edited in new video file.

Button Produce / select the video format and quality.

You can use Intelligent SVRT button will be selected the same quality of the original video whenever possible.

Note: Save project, save a program with all that has been done on the time line, Menu File / Save Project As ...

Save video file goes to Produce.

Image shows selected to MPEG2 file, standard for DVD-video.
