Hi, excuse me if this is a beginner's question. I looked around and couldn't find and answer here or with google.

My friend and I shot a video of us just sitting in the basement talking. In between us is a big TV we threw a wrinkled red sheet over just because of the glare the TV would cause. Now we are editing and would like to put a picture from Google images there over the red sheet (which is over the TV and between us). Only problem is when we wave our hands around our hands go under the image not over it. It's very distracting and the image looks like it's so far in front of us to begin with.

What is the solution to this if any? I had a feeling it was something with Chroma Key or masking but I'm still very unsure. Thanks for your time.

It is about the order of appearance of images and video in Powerdirector.

In Powerdirector, videos and Images in higher numbered tracks overlay (on top of) lower numbered tracks.
You can use a mask to fit the image you want to appear in the Red sheet. Too bad you choose a red sheet. Proper color would be Green or Blue.

Chroma key may work on the red sheet, but anything red in the picture will be made transparent.
