I have edited a video of a GotoMeeting presentation I recorded. The edited version is about 9 mins long. Everytime I try to save it as an Mpeg4 file it gets to 80% completed and then just stops. I can still Pause it, the time elapsed clock keeps running, I can Cancel it as well. It just never goes beyond the 80% mark.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Try expanding the timeline about that 80% time mark to see if there is something there that you may not be able to see with a normal timeline. There is something in the project that the project doesn't like. .
