If I purchased PowerDirector 12 Ultimate and 13 gets released...is it still 30 days from purchase to obtain the newer version?

So if I purchased it retail, I am out of luck, is that correct?

... and if you purchased a boxed version from a store, it may have a similar policy. It depends on the store.

I have a different problem, I submitted a query relating to a software issue (does not read blu ray files even though it says it can), I receive an email that my query has been answered, but there is absolutely no way to see Cyberlink's response. All the links just send me in circles. It is actually quite amazing, it reminds me of the movie Looper.

Do they expect me to just forget the issue? This is a problem I would have expected to have confronted in 2003 for a start up software company. Pull your act together Cyberlink and do your damn job.

If you have a different problem, then you should start your own question, not stomp on another unrelated thread.

Ask this as your own new question, people here will try to help.

Just to be clear, we are volunteers, we are not Cyberlink, however if we WERE Cyberlink employees, your tone would not exactly inspire me to jump to your rescue. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Trust me, I don't care, and I never had the expectation for someone to fix it.
