when disc is opened and inspected the portioned opened is in german !

When I insert my blue ray disc in and it opens to the first page before play is used . .the portion of the disc to represent what the movie is.. is in German ! can I change this to English The blueray is an all region disc but what purchased in the USA ..

Yes, this has happened to me, but I never paid any attention to it.
And you should create a support ticket.
