PowerDVD 13 Windows Media Center Plug-In - Subtitles Always On

If I play a movie in PowerDVD 13 directly it works as it should but every movie played through Windows Media Center has the subtitles on by default. I did find the Closed Captions setting under display settings but it is already set to Off. Any way to get them to be off by default when played in Windows Media Center?
