Snapshot function has failed -- this file type may not be supported ?

What the #@!$%

I just spent 2 hours creating a video just to take snapshots with the title screens already produced into them.

I done this before successfully - - I have no clue why this nasty little B is acting up now . . .

I'm using Power Director Express that came with my JVC camera
